Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TADMI, USA and Ghana. Daniel Affum-Darkwah, holds Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration, Experience Medical Assistant including Phlebotomy and Clinical Research. He believes that, there is nothing impossible in this world through Jesus Christ if you set your mind to it. Daniel is an astute individual with clear mind set to help people. He has worked most of his life in large hospitals with over 15 years of experience within the healthcare environment. He is a visionary and entrepreneur with unsurpassed drive to achieve any set goal in life. He said, life is how you make it and you cannot do things, anyhow, and expect success. Be serious in life and life will treat you right!

Daniel displays tenacity and resilience when faced with complex task. His positive attitude to life and practical approach to problem solving actually motivates others to also adopt the “can do it” spirit. His passion is to see the sick recover and the opportunity for every human being to succeed in life. This is a man you would love to associate and work with. Aside from his permanent reliable staff in US and Ghana, he employ external-employees on project-based in order to keep his operations cost as efficient and sustainable for further growth and development. It is good to give than to receive.

Joyce Ohene-Amoah is a Youth Pastor, Youth Advocator, motivational speaker, Life Coach, Youth Counselor and a Chaplain of New York State Chaplain Task Force. She is an Assemblies of God ordained Minister and the president , founder of Touching Lives Foundations Inc formally called Youth Redeemers Inc. Joyce is a graduate from Global University (Berean School of the bible), with a degree in Ministerial Studies and family Counselling, she is a Medical Assistant by profession, also she has been called to use her life experiences in bringing Youth and Young adults to the Lord. She mentors a group of Girls &Young Women called Ladies of Virtue; in this group she prepares them to become Women of Substance and also how to wait on the Lord for their call into marriage. She is a married woman. Joyce is a woman with a heart of a mother and also has a servant leader character. Joyce is also the author to two books “Building a healthy Lasting Marriage and Wisdom Heart to Serve God “.

After nearly 7 years in software consulting and 4 years of non-profit, I took the plunge to join the NonProfit world, working to improve global Community. It will be very satisfying, humane and a nice feeling that my work will be making a difference in the lives of people in need. One is very lucky to able to do this and also get paid to do it. Wow!

I was born in Allahabad, India and attended St. Anthonys’ Convent. Ever since I was a teenager, I played with computers. It was my hobby, my passion, and my way of learning. Like most kids I enjoyed computer games. When my father gave me a computer as a reward for making honor in my studies, I mastered DOS, Windows, Word, office, games, Paint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Media Player within six months. I then went on to teach myself programming basics.

By the time I was graduated l, I knew I wanted to study programming. From that point on, everything fell into place. My life revolved around computing. By my junior year at Ewing Christian, I decided I wanted to work for a major software company. That is why I had an internship in Indian railways DRM office, Allahabad.

I started my career with Sapient followed by DELL and Voith Siemens. I did Microsoft certification MCSD-Web application, MS, MCP. I write blogs on technology. I am currently working with Civil Service-HM Revenue and Customs. I have volunteer Nonprofit ISCON Food Relief Foundation, India. I am currently remotely working as Software consultant and social media manager for dolly foundation Ghana, West Africa and been invited for Trustee position.
